Judy Scales-Trent

Before joining the School of Law faculty in 1984, Judy Scales-Trent practiced law at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for twelve years. Professor Scales-Trent received a J.D. from Northwestern University Law School, and has a Masters degree in French language and literature from Middlebury College. She taught courses in employment discrimination law and constitutional law, law and literature, and legal construction of "race" in America. She retired from the School of Law in 2009.
