Veteran Applicants

The University at Buffalo is proud to be a designated Military Friendly School in addition to being named a “Best for Vets” school by Military Times, and ranked 64th in the country for veterans by U.S. News and World Report.

The School of Law recognizes and values the strong work ethic, leadership and communication skills, and life experience military veterans bring to the classroom, and encourage veterans to consider a career in law.

Whether you’re still serving or have been out for several years, navigating the application process and your military education benefit options can be confusing. The School of Law thanks you for the tremendous sacrifice you have made and offers its support throughout the process.
