“As a senior at UB, this was a long-awaited and amazing experience to travel ‘across the pond’ especially due to the pandemic. This program was interesting as we learned how history, culture and the local demographic impacted how food was made, purchased, consumed and discarded. This trip was immersive and interactive as we were able to go explore the city of London as part of the curriculum.”
