Across the School of Law, many events are hosted each year for our students, alumni, and community. The Office of Communications is here to help effectively share the details with your target audience.
If you would like your event published on the law school calendar, The Docket, and/or need additional assistance, please complete the form below.
The earlier you notify us of your event, the more assistance we can provide, increasing your event attendance. It is highly recommended that you complete the form at least two weeks before your event.
If you're organizing a high-profile event, please inform Lisa Mueller. Our team will assist with drafting a press release and collaborate with University Communications to notify interested media outlets.
For events with additional details beyond title, date, time, and location, please submit your event to the Student Information Portal (SIP). The Docket will only display the basic event information (title, date, time, and location). If posted in SIP, the event will include a link to your full post.
Did you create a flyer for your event? Please share the file with the Office of Communications to display on the lobby monitors and social media. If your flyer was created in Canva, please provide the link using the following instructions:
