Week 5 - Random Acts of Kindness
Witnessing acts of kindness produces oxytocin, often referred to as the 'love hormone' which has some health benefits, such as lowering one's blood pressure. Kindness can also increase one's self-esteem, which is extra helpful when we're in anxious or shy in a social situation.
