By completing this form, the Office of Student Affairs can check whether your proposed date(s) conflict with other announced or unannounced events, route your event details and promotional materials to be advertised online and on the lobby monitors, and help you identify and avoid issues or common pitfalls. Even if you do not yet have many details, you can use this form to request a consultation.
This form should be completed by the event’s primary contact person. It will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis and you should receive a confirmation or follow-up within two business days.
