The UB Law Alumni Association, the Bar Association of Erie County, the Minority Bar Association of WNY and the WNY Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York will present a panel comprised of the Commissioner of Jurors for Erie County, a state and federal judge, a prosecutor, and a criminal defense attorney. They will give their perspectives on implicit bias and the jury selection process, whether it affects outcomes, and what we can—and should—do about it.
