This panel seeks to explore the intersection of reproductive rights, data privacy, and legal protections for healthcare providers in the wake of Proposal 1.
While the amendment was a step forward, challenges remain in safeguarding reproductive health data, protecting providers from legal punishment, and ensuring access to care for out of state patients.
