Heidi Forman became a member of the teaching faculty at the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2007. She teaches courses in the areas of taxation and wills, trusts, & estates. She received her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law (magna cum laude) and her Masters of Law in Taxation from New York University Law School.
Before coming to UB, Forman was a biologist. She received a B.S. degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from the University of Vermont where she concentrated in Fisheries Biology. She then earned a Master’s degree in Biology from Buffalo State College where she researched various aspects of the Great Lakes fisheries and worked at the Great Lakes Center Field Station. She also taught courses in the Biology Department at Buffalo State College and other local colleges for a number of years.
