User signifies and acknowledges assent to the terms and conditions of use contained herein and as published University policy:
User Conduct, Warranties and Representations
- Access to and use of site and use of e-mail is a privilege and a limited license.
- As a condition of use user agrees to be bound and abide by the terms and conditions herein contained, all University and Law School rules and regulations and all applicable Federal, State and local law, rules and regulations.
- The permissive use herein is limited to the public and educational purposes and activities of University and Law school.
- It is further agreed these sites may be used only for legal purposes and that the user agrees to save the Law School and University harmless from any and all claims of a civil and criminal nature that may arise from users conduct in the use of these sites.
- User warrants and represents to the Law School and University that all materials used, stored, installed, copied, distributed and otherwise linked to these sites are lawful and permissive and do not violate any other party's copyright or proprietary rights. This warranty includes all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks and trade secrets.
- User will not maintain information that is out of date, materials which cause or suffer to be caused a problem in the performance of the web server, links or other materials which are broken, or materials of a quality or nature that is inconsistent with the reputation of the University or Law School.
- User will not use or post any materials, which are obscene, inflammatory, bigoted, defamatory, threatening, or illegal.
- User will not use or post any materials, which are commercial or political in nature.
- User acknowledges and agrees that the University and the Law School, consistent with the policies herein set forth and those of the University reserves the right in its sole and unlimited discretion to limit or block access to the web site, remove offending materials from the web site, or take such other required action with respect to the material as necessary in the event of noncompliance with the requirements of law or the rules and policies as set forth herein.
