Domestic Violence Fellowship
In 2007, Professor Isabel Marcus, in honor of her four grandchildren
funded a fellowship, to bring an exciting educational and legal practice-oriented
opportunity for young practicing lawyers from Central Eastern Europe,
the CIS, the Balkans, the Caucasus or the Central Asian Republic to the
University of Buffalo Law School. The attorneys chosen must have a deep
interest in domestic violence legal issues (primarily against women and
children) and who works with or in a non-governmental organization concerned
with domestic violence in their country.
